Our organisation was created as a response to the removal of funding for the 40 NHS mental health and wellbeing hubs in March 2023.

We Are Mental Health connects NHS staff with local Counsellors and Therapists who provide discounted or free sessions to assist with your mental health and wellbeing. Face to face, over the telephone, via zoom or via text or email, whichever works best, to help you.
